$1,495,000

Development opportunity in Largo’s Gateway/Roosevelt/PIE airport corridor. 2179 Bradford Street offers 1.5 acres +/- of land, with conceptual development plans available to qualified buyers. The site sits less than a quarter mile from Birchway Bayside, a planned 376-unit Greystar multifamily community on the former Empath Health campus, which is expected to bring hundreds of new households to the immediate area. Located less than 2 miles from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE), with quick access to Ulmerton Rd, US-19, the Bayside Bridge and the new Gateway Expressway for regional connectivity to Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches. The property currently has a duplex, but the opportunity lies in development. It’s situated adjacent to an established retail plaza and multifamily units. Current ROL (Residential/Office Limited) zoning supports office/residential use, and the owner’s plans give a developer with a vision a head start in pursuing additional entitlements. Additionally, the City/County has approved 87 units of affordable housing on this property. Buyer to verify zoning, permitted uses and development potential with the City of Largo and Pinellas County. Contact listing agent for conceptual site plans, survey and additional information.
