The heated saltwater pool is surrounded by a large patio with multiple sitting and lounging areas, a hammock, gas grill and mature landscaping. The fully fenced yard gives you privacy while still leaving plenty of room to enjoy the Florida weather. The home also includes an attached two-car garage, interior laundry, high-speed internet setup, smart TVs and driveway parking for four vehicles. No HOA. All the talk about being a short term rental doesn’t change the fact that it can immediately be turned into your new families home with both function and style ready to be enjoyed! Seminole City Center is approximately three minutes away, and you can be at Madeira Beach, Redington Shores and several other Gulf beaches in less than ten minutes.
